Collins first history post

Yesterday we walked around harvard and we learned a intresting fact. Yesterday we learned around the Freedom trail and visited different historic monuments. Some of the ones we visited were the Boston Common where there was a cow pasture and the training field for the militia. There was also the Granary Burial Ground, and the Old North Church. The Burial Ground was where famous patriots were buried like John Hancock, Paul Revere and Sam Adams. The Old North Church is Bostons oldest church built in 1723. Probably its most historic event was when two laterns hung out a window signaling the British Army was departing boats from Boston to Cambridge before moving on to Lexington and Concord. This evebt happened April 15, 1775
