The patriots of the revolutionary war are a lot like the Native Americans. The United States Militia was just like English troops when batteling. Standing a randomly shooting across to the enemy. Then the Americans adapted the, Natives fighting style. So in the revolutionary war instead of batteling like the british, they would hide behind rockwalls. This suprised the British and made them mad, but it saved many Militian. As a result of the revolution, if there is a rockwall it was mostlikely a hiding place for Militia men.
